The Guest House

Traditional full English Breakfast is provided as standard. Choose from a wide selection of cereals, fruit juice and fruits, before tackling a hearty cooked meal guaranteed to set you up for the day, accompanied by lashings of hot tea, fresh ground coffee, toast and preserves. Lighter options such as scrambled, boiled or poached eggs, beans on toast etc are also available upon request.

All  guest rooms are equipped with en-suites comprising toilet, hand basin and shower and are very well appointed. Accommodation comprises double and twin/family rooms over three floors, with ground floor availability. The rooms are centrally heated with thermostatic radiator controls for extra comfort and are equipped with colour TV, clock radio alarms, most with DVD players. Coffee and tea making facilities, toiletries and towels are provided in all rooms which are serviced daily.

Holmleigh  is open for bookings most of the year, except Christmas and New Year, for short breaks and longer stays.

There is some availability for one night bookings but this is very limited, as weekend stays are usually subject to a minimum of two nights from April to October.

Breakfast is served between 8.15 and 9 am

Check in times are morning, between 10 am and 12pm or afternoon between 4pm and 6pm.

Check out time on the morning of departure is 10am. One private parking space is provided per room which is also vacated upon checking out.
